Matric qualification essential
Tertiary HR or IR qualification essential (3-year diploma or degree)
Post-Graduate HR or IR qualification advantageous
Proven track record as an HR generalist/ business partner across the HR value change min 7 years
Strong IR Experience (representing the employer at CCMA) or legislation understanding preferred.
Must have proven skills in delivering and managing key HR projects
Intermediate to advance excel skills
Change management skills
Reporting to exco level and partnering at a senior management level a distinct advantage
Excellent communication skills

In line with the People Director execute tactical and operational people plans, aligned to the organisations strategy and goals
Delivery of key HR practices and projects including:
Diversity and Inclusion
Manage and deliver on key Digital People projects aligned with the business strategy
Manage and pull together monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting metrics
Ensure that people policies and practices are relevant and updated accordingly
Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior management within Head Office
Support our Regional People Managers as required
Keep the Regional People managers involved in critical people projects and or changes
Be the advisor to management on all HR related matters
SLA management with our relevant service providers
