Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
Processes customer changes according to established department policies and procedures.
Works closely with the collections department to resolve disputed outstanding fees.
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Partners with other internal teams to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (minimum 1 year)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
The person in this role must have excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.
